1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and ST999 (hereinafter referred to as "ST999", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the ST999 platform, accessible at https://st999.cam and all associated pages, subdomains and content (collectively, the "Platform").

ST999 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting users in Pakistan and other English-speaking markets. 2Definitions

3Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

4Account Eligibility

Access to certain features of the Platform may require registration of an Account. To be eligible to register, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator's licensing jurisdiction;
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer or agent of ST999 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by ST999 for breach of these Terms;
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party in registering or using the Account;
• You must provide a valid, active email address that you own and control.

ST999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Only one Account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be suspended or merged at ST999's discretion.

5Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

You must notify ST999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. ST999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

You may not transfer, sell, assign or otherwise make available your Account to any third party. ST999 may suspend or terminate any Account that it reasonably believes is being accessed or used by an unauthorised person.

6Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates Applicable Law in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware, spyware or any other malicious code into the Platform;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or crawlers to extract data from the Platform without prior written consent from ST999;
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in any form or communication;
• Impersonate ST999, its staff, or any other person or entity;
• Engage in any conduct that harasses, abuses or harms other users or third parties;
• Use the Platform to facilitate or promote any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud or financing of unlawful enterprises;
• Attempt to circumvent any security, geo-restriction or access-control feature of the Platform.

Breach of any provision of this clause may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities at ST999's discretion.

7Editorial Content & Accuracy

ST999 publishes editorial content covering online betting operators, casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers and responsible gambling guidance. This content is produced for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, legal advice or a recommendation to engage in gambling.

11Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ST999 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content;

12Limitation of Liability

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity;

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ST999's aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed PKR 5,000 (Pakistani Rupees Five Thousand only). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by ST999's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

13Responsible Gambling

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that:

ST999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ST999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, ST999 may provide additional notice of significant changes via the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to ensure that you are aware of the current version. 16Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ST999 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with Applicable Law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any relevant provincial or federal legislation. ST999 makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is lawful, appropriate or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
